Hello! thank you very much ^^ Drawing tips mmmmmm
I can recommend you to take courses. Having someone who knows more than you teaching and marking your mistakes helps a lot!! For human figures, you can take a Living Model course. I never buy one, but I know there are websites that sell art courses.
Beyond that, personally when I dont know how to do something in particular (like an arm or the position of a leg) I look for references on Pinterest or Google. The best references are the real ones: real people, real animals, real landscapes and real objects. If you can not find what you want on the internet then you can film or photograph yourself or a friend/familiar.
I can also recommend a couple of books for you to have a base:
“Figure drawing for all it’s worth” and “Dawing the head and hands” by Adrew Loomis
